Marklet sends your brief or uploaded photo to the generation provider to produce your requested result. Photos and results are stored privately for 7 days, then removed. Download files you want to keep.

Purchases and access

Stripe handles payment details. We store the order reference, credit balance and a keyed hash of the purchase email to restore access. Card details are not stored by this site.

Payment notifications

For payment operations, purchase email, amount, approximate IP country, device, operating system and acquisition source may be sent to our private WeCom notification channel. Card details are never included. Pending alerts are encrypted and their payload is removed after delivery, or after 7 days if undelivered. Anonymous first/latest country and device profiles are retained for up to 90 days.

Visits and product use

We record campaign labels, referring hostname, anonymous browser and session identifiers, and actions such as creation, checkout and download. Request diagnostics can include IP address, browser user agent, language, country and network information for 30 days. We do not place your prompt, image, email or raw click identifiers in analytics. Browser analytics and request diagnostics respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Necessary order and abuse-prevention records remain.
